Jagat IT UK Ltd builds web applications, SaaS products and automation for British business. Every site on our brands page is our own work and it is live right now, so you can open it and judge us before you say a word to us.

What we do

We do not have a case study page full of logos belonging to other people. We have our own products, and the same hands built them.
Custom software
Software written for one business, because the ready made product does not fit the way that business works.
Web applications
A site that does work, not a brochure. Accounts, dashboards, uploads, search, admin screens and the rest.
SaaS products
A product you can sell to many customers, with sign up, billing, plans and a till that works.
Automation
The jobs somebody does by hand every week, done by the server instead, with a watcher that shouts when it fails.
Data and APIs
Public registers, supplier feeds and other systems, read reliably and turned into something a customer will pay for.
AI features
Useful AI inside a product. Reading documents, answering questions, drafting text, with a human in the way before anything is published.

How we work
Six steps, and you see something at each one.
Step 1
One conversation first
You tell us the problem in your own words. We ask questions until we can repeat it back to you correctly.
Step 2
A written plan, priced by stage
Each stage has a fixed price and a thing you can see at the end of it. No open ended hourly bill.
Step 3
Build in stages
At the end of every stage you get a working link, not a progress report. If it is wrong, it is cheap to change at that point.
Step 4
Checks that are proved
We break each important rule on purpose and make sure the test goes red. A test that cannot fail is theatre.
Step 5
Go live, with a watcher
Certificates, backups and a daily health check go up with the product, not later. A silent failure is the expensive kind.
Step 6
Care afterwards
Somebody stays responsible for it. You get a named route to reach us, and the code stays in your own repository.

We run our own products
The sites on our brands page are ours. We pay for our own mistakes first, in our own money, before any of it reaches your project.
We do not claim what we cannot show
Every number on this site has a source and a date next to it. If we cannot prove a thing, we leave it out rather than dress it up.
The code is yours
Source code, database and accounts stay in your name. You can take the whole thing to another developer on any day and owe us nothing for it.
You talk to the builder
There is no account manager in the middle repeating your words back to us. You speak to the person writing the code.
Bad news first
If something is late, broken or a bad idea, you hear it from us early and plainly. Hiding a problem inside good news costs you more later.
Plain words
Reports, notes and page copy are written so a busy person can read them once. No jargon to make simple work look clever.
