What we do with your information.

Nothing on this website asks you to make an account, and nothing is sold here. The only personal information we get from it is what you type into the contact form or send us by email.

Last updated 5 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The controller is Jagat IT UK Ltd, 164 High Street, London Colney, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL2 1QF. The company is registered in England and Wales, company number 17474995. Write to support@jagatitlimited.com about anything on this page.

What we hold

If you send the contact form we store your name, your email address, your company name and budget if you give them, your message, the time it arrived, and the IP address it came from. The message is sent to our own mailbox and it is also written to our server log.

If you email us instead, we hold whatever is in your email.

We use the IP address for one thing only. It stops the same machine sending the form again and again.

Why we are allowed to

Answering an enquiry and keeping a note of it is our legitimate interest, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f). You asked us a question and we need the answer to reach you.

If you become a client, the records attached to the work and the invoice are kept because contract and tax law ask for them, Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c).

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox while the conversation is alive and we delete them once they are of no use. Anything tied to an order or an invoice is kept for six years, because tax law asks for it.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider holds the server the site and the mailbox run on. Where you pay us, Stripe takes the payment on its own pages. Card numbers go to Stripe and never reach us, so we have nothing of yours to lose.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email. Your address is used to answer you and for nothing else.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and nothing stored in your browser. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law lets us. Email support@jagatitlimited.com and we will answer.

If you are not happy with how we handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

The other half of the small print is on the terms page.
